The Eagles Ridge HOA Board meets the second Wednesday of every month in the clubhouse at 7 PM.  All unit owners are welcome to attend the meetings and if you have an item you would like to discuss with the Board, please submit your discussion topic to PRouthier@reipropertymanagement.net at least one week prior to the meeting so it can be added to the agenda.  At the beginning of every meeting the Board will open the floor to unit owners that have been added to the agenda.  After the open session is completed, unit owners may sit in to listen to the Board meeting as it continues.  Note that the Board may go into executive session at which point unit owners will no longer be privy to meeting details (due to confidentiality needs).
